Internship Allowance up to RM1,000/month

Join Vincere Gadgets as an E-Commerce Admin Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced gadget business, with the opportunity to join us full-time after graduation.

Job Responsibilities

• Take clear and attractive photos of smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles and other gadgets.
• Prepare accurate product titles and descriptions for online listings.
• Upload and manage listings on Carousell, Facebook Marketplace and other platforms.
• Check and record product details such as model, storage, colour and condition.
• Update inventory and listing status accurately.
• Organise products and ensure items can be easily identified and located.
• Assist with other e-commerce and administrative tasks when required.

High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position upon completion of the internship.

• Currently in your final semester of Diploma or Degree studies.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship.
• Interested in potentially joining Vincere Gadgets as a full-time employee after completing the internship.
• Comfortable using smartphones, computers and online marketplaces.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to communicate and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Interest in gadgets, e-commerce or online selling is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Carousell, Facebook Marketplace, Shopee or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
