Job Description

 

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and workflow.
     
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
     
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, food safety, and service standards at all times.
     

Sales & Financial Management

  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
     
  • Monitor P&L, control costs (labour, wastage, inventory), and improve profit margins.
     
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and operational summaries.
     

People Management

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise outlet staff.
     
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
     
  • Foster a positive, productive team culture and reduce staff turnover.
     

Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations or complaints professionally.
     
  • Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
     

Inventory & Supplier Control

  • Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stocktakes.
     
  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries with quality control.
     

Marketing & Execution

  • Execute company marketing campaigns and promotions at outlet level.
     
  • Support local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and repeat business.

Job Requirements

 

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
     
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail/F&B/hospitality, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
     

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
     
  • Good financial literacy (sales analysis, cost control, basic P&L understanding).
     
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
     
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
     
  • Proficient in POS systems and basic reporting (Excel or equivalent).
