Our Founder, Ms. Violet Lim, CA(M), FCCA (UK), BA (HONS) FINANCE, CHARTERED SECRETARY, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm. Graduating in 2006 from the University of Tunku Abdul Rahman with a Degree in Commerce (Hons) Accounting, Ms. Violet Lim is a member of both the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has worked with various well-established listed companies and has extensive experience in providing corporate accounting services to diverse businesses.
Founded in May 2020, Violet &amp; Co (NF 2118) is a chartered accounting firm offering a wide range of public practice services to companies incorporated under the Malaysian Companies Act. We are proud to be a member firm registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), which is empowered by the Malaysian Parliament to govern all registered firms in Malaysia. <li>Maintain outlet cleanliness, food safety, and service standards at all times. &nbsp;</li>

Sales &amp; Financial Management
<ul>
<li>Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor P&amp;L, control costs (labour, wastage, inventory), and improve profit margins. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and operational summaries. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
People Management
<ul>
<li>Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise outlet staff. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster a positive, productive team culture and reduce staff turnover. &nbsp;</li>

Customer Experience
<ul>
<li>Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations or complaints professionally. &nbsp;</li>

Inventory &amp; Supplier Control

<li>Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and stocktakes. &nbsp;</li>
