Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible intern to support our retail and event operations team. You’ll assist in handling logistics, coordinating deliveries, preparing for events, and managing part-time staff. This role offers hands-on experience in operations, event planning, and basic team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Help coordinate weekend event setups and logistics
- Source and communicate with part-time event staff
- Prepare product stock for delivery and restocking
- Arrange and follow up with delivery services (e.g. Lalamove)
- Track stock movement and update records
- Assist in planning simple promotions or in-store campaigns
- Support with basic content preparation (photos/videos) if needed
Requirements:
- Responsible and proactive attitude
- Willing to learn and work hands-on
- Ability to communicate well and manage tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- Having own transport is a plus
- Available for occasional weekend work (2 events/month)
