About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and responsible intern to support our retail and event operations team. You’ll assist in handling logistics, coordinating deliveries, preparing for events, and managing part-time staff. This role offers hands-on experience in operations, event planning, and basic team coordination.

Responsibilities:

<li>Help coordinate weekend event setups and logistics &nbsp;</li>
<li>Source and communicate with part-time event staff &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare product stock for delivery and restocking &nbsp;</li>
<li>Arrange and follow up with delivery services (e.g. Lalamove) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track stock movement and update records &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in planning simple promotions or in-store campaigns &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support with basic content preparation (photos/videos) if needed &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Responsible and proactive attitude &nbsp;</li>
<li>Willing to learn and work hands-on &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to communicate well and manage tasks independently &nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel &nbsp;</li>
<li>Having own transport is a plus &nbsp;</li>
<li>Available for occasional weekend work (2 events/month) &nbsp;</li>
