<p>WCT Group was first established with the incorporation of WCT Earthworks &amp; Building Contractors Sdn Bhd on 14 January 1981 and subsequently changed to its current name, WCT Berhad (WCTB). WCTB made its debut on the Second Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) on 16 February 1995 and was subsequently promoted to the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 January 1999. On 8 July 2013, WCTB successfully undertook an internal reorganisation, allowing for the Group's various business operations to fall under the newly transferred listing status of WCT Holdings Berhad (“WCT Group” or “Company”).</p>

Our Vision and Mission.

<p><li>Work closely with finance team on the issuance of invoices and send out to tenants on a timely basis via system. </li> <li>Work closely with finance team (who raised the invoices) to resolve all invoice disputes by tenants. </li> <li>Monitor cheque clearance, arrange for cheques to be banked in on a daily basis. </li> <li>For all cleared payments received, perform allocation and receipting in IFCA on a timely basis. </li> <li>Promptly attend to all requests from tenants with regards to statement of accounts, payment history, invoices, queries, etc. </li> <li>Meeting up with tenants with regards to unpaid balances and structure payment scheme whenever necessary. </li> <li>Send 1st reminder (on the 8th) and 2nd reminder (on the 15th) of every month to tenants with outstanding debt. </li> <li>Compute late payment interest (LPI) and generate tax invoices for LPI. </li> <li>For debtors under legal action, to provide information to our external lawyers, leasing team, internal legal team – on information relating the debtor. </li> <li>Work closely with Leasing department to improve debts collection and provide feedback on tenants’ related matters. </li> <li>Work together with group credit control team, to be involved in continuous improvements of credit control processes. </li> <li>On a monthly basis, to assist CC Sr. Executive to prepare debtor aging report and present to the mall Assistant General Manager." </li></p>
