Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, corporate clients, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Present company programs and proposals to potential clients via roadshows and events
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful program execution
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and performance updates
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in business development / sales / partnership role
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome
- Able to speak & write Mandarin
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in education, training, or event industry is an advantage
- Able to work on weekend and support event if needed
