Job Description

1. Business Growth & Lead Generation

  • Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities 
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into long-term partnerships 

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients 
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions 

3. Sales & Negotiation

  • Present company products/services confidently to potential clients 
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals 

4. Strategic Planning & Collaboration

  • Develop and execute business development strategies 
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support campaigns and growth initiatives 

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities 
  • Provide insights to improve business strategies 

6. Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs, sales pipeline, and performance metrics 
  • Prepare reports and updates for management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field 
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, hospitality, beauty, or customer service 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional presentation 
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and time management 
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of ownership 
  • Willing to travel for work, events, and client meetings 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (highly preferred) 
  • Additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia are a plus 
  • Experience in client-facing, sales, or relationship management roles 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
