Job Description
<ul>
<li>Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned advertising campaigns including but not limited to Google Ads and Facebook Ads to meet clients’ objective &amp; marketing goals.</li>
<li>Identify client’s key business objectives, work closely with stakeholders &amp; internal departments including account management, creative, content &amp; tech team to craft digital strategies &amp; plans to meet client’s marketing goals in order to maximize ROI; recommend changes &amp; updates whenever necessary to project stakeholders or clients in order to enhance campaign performance.</li>
<li>Communicate and collaborate with external parties such as partner channels, vendors and clients whenever necessary.</li>
<li>Identify and be observant to monitor &amp; analyse industry and competitor trends to identify new digital marketing opportunities.</li>
<li>Analyse using tools include but not limited to Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Marketplace’s portal, social media analytic tools, and to prepare various reports for internal/external parties on the performance of the assigned ads campaigns as well as to help identify opportunity areas for growth and improvement.</li>
<li>Able to make data-driven justifications or decisions based on monitoring &amp; analysis of advertising campaigns performance, constantly optimise campaigns in order to achieve campaigns’ goals &amp; KPIs based on key metrics.</li>
<li>Ensure reporting is delivered timely, accurately and with meaningful insights, provide recommendations &amp; advisory to internal team or client in order to enhance the existing or future campaigns.</li>
<li>Guiding &amp; mentoring junior members of the team including providing guidance &amp; consultation to ensure campaign delivery and quality is up to performance standards &amp; client’s expectations, regular monitoring &amp; foresee problem/s before it happens.</li>
<li>Regular research to fully understand and stay abreast of digital marketing &amp; industry ecosystems through individual research or company training, assist team leads to improve on team’s processes and growth.</li>
<li>Able to find solutions and deliver results within a rapid changing, entrepreneurial, data-driven culture.</li>
</ul>
