What You’ll Do

<li>Set up and manage automated workflows using tools like Pabbly, Zapier, and Make.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation failures or data sync errors.</li>
<li>Create and maintain backend integrations between marketing platforms (e.g. CRM, email systems, lead forms).</li>
<li>Use APIs and webhooks to build custom connections between tools that lack native integrations.</li>
<li>Support the marketing team by automating repetitive tasks and improving overall workflow efficiency.</li>
<li>Implement basic scripts (e.g. in Python or JavaScript) to process or transfer data.</li>
<li>Maintain execution logs and system monitoring for critical automation processes.</li>
<li>Assist in onboarding new marketing tools and integrating them into existing systems.</li>
<li>Optimize data flow between platforms like Google Sheets, CRMs, email platforms, and campaign tools.</li>
<li>Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of backend processes used in marketing operations.</li>
<li>Support teams with basic technical needs, such as account setup, access management, or troubleshooting tool usage.</li>
<li>Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides or SOPs for internal use.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest in MarTech trends, digital tools, and AI advancements.</li>
</ul>
