• Leading marketing plans and campaigns.
• Collaborating with in-house or external agencies to create marketing materials.
• Writing and proofreading materials for online and print campaigns.
• Conducting research on rival products.
• Monitoring sales performance.
• Analysing market behaviour and customer activities to identify business opportunities.
• Liaising with contractors, partner organisations and other business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in the retail business would be an added advantage
• Strong command of English & Malay language in verbal and written. Must be able to write and review marketing materials, press releases, and site content
• Relevant working experience in Copywriting or Social Media platforms, creative and with attention to detail, social media Savvy
• Experience in Google Analytics and digital media optimization
• Has a good understanding of consumer behavior and trends
• Demonstrated excellent ability to write, edit, and proofread content
• Confident and comfortable with liaising with agencies and negotiating with suppliers
• Hardworking, hands-on, result-oriented person and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Meticulous and creative with organizational skills. A good team player with a passion for marketing, branding, and retail business
