Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals to drive brand growth and sales.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and monthly sales & marketing reports to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget and achieving set objectives.
• Manage and maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms, collaborating with business development and creative teams.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, social ads, e-commerce ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising, with a focus on continuous performance improvement.
• Manage e-commerce platforms to maximize online sales and brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support promotions and in-store marketing activities.
• Coordinate new product launches, working closely with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Communications.
Marketing Tools: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and apply them to marketing strategies.
Creative Thinking: Capable of generating innovative ideas and strategies that engage target audiences.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Additional: Possession of own transport is an advantage.
