Job Description

Marketing Campaigns & Project Launches

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities including sales gallery operations, events, roadshows, exhibitions and digital campaigns
• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and project launches 
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve sales target

Lead Management & Sales Support

• Manage and follow up on leads, including updated CRM systems, tracking enquiries and supporting sales conversion
• Conduct project presentation and provide accurate product information to prospective purchasers

Digital Marketing & Content

• Assist in managing digital marketing platforms, including social media and property portals 
• Liaise with digital agencies on campaign execution
• Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements and promotional content by ensuring brand consistency

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, sales agencies, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches
• Liaise closely with management, agencies and stakeholders on marketing strategies
• Manage event logistics, setup, manpower coordination and marketing materials

Sales Gallery & Brand Presentation

• Oversee the upkeep of sales gallery, show units and marketing displays to maintain presentation standards

Marketing Performance & Budget

• Track and analyse marketing performance including lead generation, cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI)
• Prepare marketing reports and post-mortem analysis for campaigns and activities
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency

Team Coordination & Development

• Provide guidance to junior team members and support team coordination 

Job Requirements

What we need from you

• Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related field 
• For Executive: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an added advantage.
  For Senior Executive: Candidates with relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate industry, are preferred. 
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Result-driven, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required (in line tith roadshows/ events)
• Posses own transport and willing to travel for work      
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage
