Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the company’s full set of accounts and operational finance functions. This role includes responsibility for e-Invoicing compliance (in line with LHDN’s MyInvois system rollout) and adherence to SST (Sales and Service Tax) regulations—both crucial to the accounting operations of a general insurance agency.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h4>📁 Accounting and Bookkeeping</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare documentation such as Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), Invoices, and Payment Vouchers.</li>
<li>Maintain and update full sets of accounts using SQL Accounting Software.</li>
<li>Record and reconcile daily transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.</li>
<li>Generate monthly financial summaries and assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring.</li>
<li>Ensure all accounting entries reflect accurate SST treatment where applicable. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>🧾 SST &amp; E-Invoicing Compliance</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage and ensure compliance with SST regulations, including accurate classification of taxable supplies and preparation of SST returns (Form SST-02).</li>
<li>Issue SST-compliant invoices for commission income and service fees, where applicable.</li>
<li>Prepare and transmit e-Invoices via LHDN’s MyInvois portal or approved software integration.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate buyer and seller information (e.g., TIN, SST registration number) for e-Invoice validation.</li>
<li>Keep organized documentation for audit and SST recordkeeping (minimum 7 years).</li>
<li>Monitor and implement changes in e-Invoicing and SST guidelines from LHDN and Customs. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>👥 Payroll</h4>
<ul>
<li>Process monthly payroll, ensuring correct statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).</li>
<li>Ensure timely salary disbursement and maintain accurate employee payroll records. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>💳 Payment and Claims</h4>
<ul>
<li>Handle timely payments to suppliers and track outstanding balances.</li>
<li>Verify and process staff claims and petty cash reimbursements in accordance with internal SOP. &nbsp;</li>

<h4>📈 Receivables</h4>
<ul>
<li>Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Maintain an up-to-date debtors aging report, follow up actively on overdue accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue Official Receipts and Debtor Statements.</li>
<li>Ensure receivables are e-Invoiced according to LHDN requirements. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>📑 Tax and Audit</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare documentation and reports for tax submissions and compliance (e.g., Form E, CP204, CP58).</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and government authorities (e.g., LHDN, EPF, SOCSO).</li>
<li>Support the annual audit process with timely and accurate reporting. &nbsp;</li>
