Job Description

• Develop local merchants from industries such as F&B, tourism, leisure, entertainment, retail, and related businesses.
• Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-in visits, and business appointments.
• Introduce digital marketing services to merchants.
• Understand clients’ business needs, marketing objectives, and budget, then propose suitable marketing solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up with clients until closing.
• Assist clients with contract signing, payment follow-up, document collection, and platform onboarding.
• Coordinate with the operations, design, content, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and follow up on campaign performance, feedback, renewal, and upselling opportunities.
• Collect market information, competitor updates, and potential merchant leads.
• Achieve the company’s sales targets and business development KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Interested in sales, marketing, digital marketing, F&B, tourism, or related industries
• Able to develop clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and outdoor client visits
• Basic computer skills are required
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, F&B, tourism, or FMCG will be an advantage
• Able to conduct outdoor client visits and must have own transport
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English; Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage
• Must be able to communicate and write in Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
