<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<h4><strong>1. Property Onboarding</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ensure Agreement and Defect Inspection:</strong> After signing the agreement with property owners, ensure that each unit undergoes a defect inspection and report within <strong>3 working days</strong> of onboarding.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>2. Project Coordination for Unit Readiness</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Oversee Renovation and Furnishing:</strong> Manage and coordinate renovations, furnishing installations, and defect rectifications to ensure units are ready for operation.</li>
<li><strong>Conduct Unit Inspection:</strong> Carry out an inspection of each unit to verify that it meets operational standards and is ready to host guests.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>3. Facilities and Building Management</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ensure Building Facilities Readiness:</strong> Ensure concierge services, self-check-in kiosks, Wi-Fi install, unit setup, management registration,  etc are functional for all new units.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>4. Payment Collection and Financial Coordination</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Coordinate Timely Payment Collection:</strong> Collect payments from property owners for renovation, furnishing, and additional services rendered by WIT Ventures.</li>
<li><strong>Resolve Payment Disputes:</strong> Address any disputes with property owners and ensure payment disputes are resolved within 7 working days.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>5. Client and Partner Relations</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Maintain Client Relationships:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and property management companies.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>6. Collaboration with Internal Teams</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Collaborate with Marketing Team:</strong> Work with the marketing team to develop and launch promotional campaigns for newly onboarded properties.</li>
<li><strong>Provide Actionable Insights:</strong> Assess ongoing processes and provide recommendations on how to streamline onboarding, property preparation, and marketing strategies.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>7. KPI Monitoring and Reporting</strong></h4>
