Role Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and commercially aware individual to develop compelling event concepts and client proposals. This role bridges creative ideation, storytelling, and business development—transforming client briefs into innovative, pitch-winning event experiences.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Interpret client briefs and translate them into strong creative concepts, themes, and narratives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop high-impact proposal decks (concept, flow, visuals, storytelling, mood boards)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure ideas are feasible and cost-effective&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with business development to support pitches and presentations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead or support client presentations and pitch meetings&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research trends in events, brand activations, and experiential marketing to keep ideas fresh and competitive&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure proposals are aligned with client objectives, brand identity, and target audience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers/partners when necessary to enhance proposal quality&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously refine proposal templates, storytelling frameworks, and creative processes&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
