Identify trends, suggest process improvements, and support submission of updates to clients and class authorities.Position: IHM Maintenance TraineeLocation:&nbsp; Menara 1 Sentral - Kuala LumpurReport to: IHM Project Coordinator / ManagerWhat You'll Responsible For:<ul><li>Coordinate IHM Maintenance documentation (SDOC / MD Class Forms)</li><li>Collate and distribute IHM Maintenance verification and updates to Owners / Vessels / Masters &amp; Classification Societies.</li><li>Carry out IHM Maintenance projects as assigned by IHM Project Coordinator/Manager.</li><li>Provides feedback for process improvement in relation to IHM Maintenance activities within WSM.</li><li>Able to identify trends and recommends proactive solutions to manage IHM Maintenance business situations.</li><li>Matters related to the preparation and execution of IHM Maintenance.</li><li>Liaison with owners’ representative / class society representative / vendors during IHM Maintenance reviews.</li><li>Liaison with Experts to collate and upload MD/SDOC in IHM Library.</li><li>Review &amp; identify changes for VSCP’s / SDOC / MD Class Forms for submission to Class / Client.</li><li>Collate IHM Maintenance verification documentation according to MEPC 269(68) guidelines (EU SRR)</li><li>Collation of Project’s vessel documentation.</li></ul>What Experience and Skills Required:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering.
