<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and schedule daily transport routes to ensure on-time delivery and efficient vehicle utilization</li>
<li>Coordinate outbound and inbound transportation from the warehouse</li>
<li>Allocate loads to appropriate vehicles and carriers based on volume, urgency, and cost</li>
<li>Monitor deliveries in transit and proactively resolve delays or disruptions</li>
<li>Liaise with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies</li>
<li>Maintain accurate transport documentation and system records&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track transport KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and vehicle utilization</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to reduce transport costs and improve operational efficiency</li>
<li>Handle customer delivery queries and escalations related to transport</li>
<li>Support peak periods and contingency planning (breakdowns, shortages, urgent orders)</li>
