Job Description

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for reviewing and checking all controlled documents are in compliance with all ISO standards, GDPMD, Halal, IPM and other regulatory requirements (including Environment, Safety & Health).
  2. Responsible for monitoring and updating all related documents and records (soft copies in common folder and hard copy filing system) mentioned above and as per instructed by superior.

- Manual/Quality Procedure/Work instruction/Records/Support documents

- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Reports etc.

  1. Responsible for maintaining, updating and ensuring documents are scanned and uploaded into common folder accordingly.
  2. Responsible for all document distribution.
  3. Responsible for ensuring all obsolete physical documents are filed and stored appropriately and all obsolete soft copy documents are moved to the obsolete folder appropriately
  4. Responsible to ensure all QA Department related documents are updated and ready for any internal and external audit (by YCH, customer, certification bodies, authorities & others).
  5. Responsible for schedule, update and publishing QAEHS monthly training and the summary reports.
  6. Responsible for performing housekeeping audits, compiling and publishing the housekeeping reports to respective departments. Follow up CAPA implementations.
  7. Responsible for document disposal as when as required.
  8. Responsible to register, monitor and update CAR log details and closure.
  9. Responsible for updating the monthly QA/EHS noticeboard.
  10. Responsible for preparing/distribute QA/EHS/Halal/IPM Bulletin via email.
  11. Perform other tasks or projects as instructed by the superior which may include traveling to other locations.


Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year working experience of ISO 9001 Quality Systems or 1 year working experience in document control.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office (Email, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • Good communication and people management skills.
  • Initiative and proactive attitude.
  • Able to speak and write English and Malay moderately.
