• Key in account data
• Reservation of ticketing and hotel
• Tour leading to overseas and domestic
• Able to cope numerous project incentive trip with total 300 pax
• Manage Team Member/ can work in team.
• Searching for WOW Factor on every project
• Meeting deadline of OP task 
• Meeting deadline on enquiry proposal from Sales and Project Support. 
• Support and assist Sales team on enquiries. 
• Sourcing cheaper costing from Airline, Restaurant, Transportation and Accommodation. 
• Arrange Meeting with Supplier to seek better options.
• Managerial position need to oversees team members

Job Requirements

• Languages: English, Mandarin
• Education: Candidates must possess at least Secondary/SPM/'O' Level Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma.
• Fresh graduate a welcome to apply (background in Travel/Tourism)
• Team Player, Youthful and adventurous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Design background required (Design skill like PPT, AI, Canva and etc)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel agent incentive group (operation department) and 4 years for managerial level.
• Managerial position must equipped with leadership skills
• We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China/Hong Kong. 
• Able to reserve ticket via ticketing system (Amadeus, airlines system)
