Company Overview

We have 2 teams in the company:

<li>The Retail - Therapist &amp; Consultant ( &gt;70 employees)</li>
<li>The Office Internal - Marketing, Finance &amp; Operation team (&gt;20 employees)</li>
</ul>
Both teams work closely together to grow the brand, via online &amp; offline.

Our Team & Work Culture

<li>Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram &amp; XiaoHongShu inquiries, comments, reviews, text messages etc.</li>
<li>To ensure high message responsiveness and customer engagement, as well as ensure achieving the assigned target for appointments inbound via online.</li>
<li>Via online, to understand customers’ concerns, provide relevant solutions and treatment recommendations and encourage customers to purchase first trial promotion.</li>
<li>Work closely within the marketing and operation team to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.</li>
<li>Assist on online campaigns, including idea brainstorming for social media postings.</li>
</ol>
Working Hours:
<ul>
<li>6 days per week during probationary period (2 months).</li>
<li>5 days per week after probationary period.</li>
<li>10am - 7pm (off day will be on weekdays, compulsory to work on weekend and public holidays, working on public holidays will be replaced with leaves or double pay).</li>
