Working With Us

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Legal Associate to join our conveyancing team in Petaling Jaya (PJ). This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse range of legal work, including projects, sub-sale transactions, and corporate matters, while working closely alongside the Branch Manager in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Handle all aspects of conveyancing matters, including developers’ projects, sub-sale transactions, loan documentation, and related corporate agreements.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.</li>
<li>Provide legal advice and updates to clients on conveyancing and related corporate matters.</li>
<li>Attend to site signings and client meetings, ensuring proper execution of documents.</li>
<li>Manage timelines effectively and ensure files are completed within deadlines.</li>
<li>Guide and supervise junior clerks to ensure proper workflow and quality of work.</li>
