Responsibilities

  •  Prepare sushi rolls and dishes from the sushi bar
  •  Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients
  •  To work closely with kitchen crew
  •  Responsible for replenish stock
  •  Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, equipment and staff

Job Requirements

Requirements

  •  Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage
  •  SPM with relevant experience may apply
  •  Min 1 year of working experience as Sushi Chef
  •  Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
  •  Able to work on shift hours, weekend and public holidays
