Job Description

Responsible for remote support for client’s ERP system (training is provided).

Research and identify the issues with clear logic thinking and details oriented skills.

Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

Track history tickets to figure out the problem and resolution

Talk to clients professionally via email, or MS Teams

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams 

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Ensure all issues are properly logged

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Mandarin speaking and reading is a must.

Data analysing, web-app programming experience is preferred, but not mandatory

Previous experience with Manage Engine ticket system is a plus

Previous helpdesk support experience is a plus

Be on time for allocated shifts. (9:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00, five days per week)


Job Requirements

  • Able to read and write in Mandarin.
  • Diploma/Degree in IT-related field
