<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4>
<h4>A. Finance &amp; Accounting Support</h4>
<ol>
<li>Perform daily bookkeeping, data entry, and financial transactions using Xero accounting system.</li>
<li>Process accounts payable, claims, supplier payments.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly reconciliations for floats, advances, deposits, and expenses.</li>
<li>Issue client quotations and invoices; maintain SST documentation and filing.</li>
<li>Assist in financial reporting, audit preparation, and liaise with tax agents and auditors.</li>
<li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises for management planning</li>
<li>Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments, collections, and financial obligations</li>
<li>Support project costing by tracking expenses, managing advance floats, and reconciling actual vs budgeted costs</li>
</ol>
<h4>B. Payroll and Recruitment Administration</h4>
<ol>
<li>Prepare statutory documentation (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) in coordination with payroll cycles.</li>
<li>Support recruitment administration, onboarding, resignation processes, and staff file maintenance.</li>
<li>Assist with documentation related to HR matters, staff discipline, or internal employee issues.</li>
</ol>
