Key Responsibilities:

A. Finance & Accounting Support

  1. Perform daily bookkeeping, data entry, and financial transactions using Xero accounting system.
  2. Process accounts payable, claims, supplier payments.
  3. Prepare monthly reconciliations for floats, advances, deposits, and expenses.
  4. Issue client quotations and invoices; maintain SST documentation and filing.
  5. Assist in financial reporting, audit preparation, and liaise with tax agents and auditors.
  6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises for management planning
  7. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments, collections, and financial obligations
  8. Support project costing by tracking expenses, managing advance floats, and reconciling actual vs budgeted costs

B. Payroll and Recruitment Administration

  1. Prepare statutory documentation (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) in coordination with payroll cycles.
  2. Support recruitment administration, onboarding, resignation processes, and staff file maintenance.
  3. Assist with documentation related to HR matters, staff discipline, or internal employee issues.

Job Requirements

  1. Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical
  2. Up to 5 years experience in finance, accounting, or operations (fresh grads with strong internship experience may be considered)
  3. Familiarity with Malaysian statutory compliance
  4. Proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills
  5. Confident communicator, able to coordinate across departments
