Assistant Manager – Premium Lounge & Hospitality

Location: Kuala Lumpur (TRX / Jalan Imbi Area)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM4,500 – RM7,000 (Based on experience)

Job Description

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the premium lounge.
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower requirements.
  • Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate ordering when necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food hygiene standards.
  • Support marketing activities, events, and special promotions.
  • Work closely with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and identify areas for improvement.

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurant, lounge, café, or hotel operations.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and hospitality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and able to lead by example.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage.
