Assistant Manager – Premium Lounge &amp; Hospitality

<li>Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the premium lounge.</li>
<li>Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain exceptional service standards.</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members.</li>
<li>Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily manpower requirements.</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate ordering when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Support marketing activities, events, and special promotions.</li>
<li>Work closely with management to achieve sales and operational targets.</li>
<li>Prepare daily operational reports and identify areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>
