Coordinate with tenants and finance department to address any payment issues or concerns promptly. Oversee the payment of utility bills for retail outlets, ensuring prompt settlement and maintaining records of payments.</li>
<li>To assist in organizing and tidying the Master File and hardcopy documents filing with accurate and relevant information.</li>
