Our Johor Bahru branch will be relocating to:

No.18, Jalan Ekoperniagaan 2/5, Taman Ekoperniagaan, 81100 Johor Bahru. (Mid June 2026 onwards)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract new clients by overseeing and innovating the sales process.
• Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
• Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, roadshows) to generate sales opportunities.
• Develop customized proposals, negotiate, and translate them into signed contracts.
• Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

•   Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Must possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
• Prior sales experience is required, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries.
