Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in process mapping and documentation across departments (HQ - finance, supply chain, retails ops, tech, P&C & others)
- Support the development of SOPs and operational playbooks
- Collect data and feedback through interviews, surveys, or observations - engaging with internal departments
- Participate in workshops and meetings to gather business needs
- Assist with preparing visual aids and reports for stakeholders
- Support performance tracking and continuous improvement efforts
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experiences
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and interest in systems/processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
