Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- To review and assist for improvement on Halal Assurance Management System (HAS) and activities.
- To assist for the company’s application and renewal (outlet and new menu) of Halal Certification.
- To assist on carry out Halal Internal Audit / Halal Pre-Audit and supervise auditees (outlets) corrective action for related non-conformance.
- To assist and perform Halal Awareness Training and other Halal activities as instructed by company.
- To assist on improvement and perform sertu cleansing procedures for any deviation which involves contamination from najs mughallazah.
- Any other duties as instructed by the company.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experiences
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in Islamic Studies (Halal Industry Management/ Fiqh/ Syariah) or Food Technologies or any related discipline.
- Have a certified Halal Executive Professional Training from Halal Professional Board, JAKIM.
- Have computer knowledge, good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Arabic is an advantage), interpersonal skills and problem-solving technique.
- Have basic GMP, HACCP and HALAL concept and good supervisory skills.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
