Job Responsibilities:
- Help employees solve hardware and softftware problems

Job Requirements
Qualification & Experiences :
- Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Networking, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and softftware (Windows & macOS)
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn new things
