<p>The Product Manager is responsible for driving business transformation through process optimization and technology enablement. This role sits under the Innovation Team, within the CEO office, and will work with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify opportunities, design impactful solutions, and deliver enhancements that elevate operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will serve as a catalyst for change, ensuring innovation initiatives are strategically aligned and successfully executed.<br></p>
<p><strong>Position Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Lead the identification and analysis of process improvement and innovation opportunities across business operations.</li>
<li>Manage the full lifecycle of technology enablement projects, from conceptualization through to implementation and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, success criteria, and deployment plans for new solutions.</li>
<li>Serve as a bridge between business operations, technology teams, and strategy groups to ensure cohesive and scalable innovation delivery.</li>
<li>Oversee change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate post-implementation outcomes to ensure business objectives are met and drive iterative enhancements.</li>
<li>Maintain strong alignment with strategic planning processes and contribute to organizational cadence.</li>
