<p>This role leads the end-to-end digital brand experience — from in-App journeys, feature launches, loyalty touchpoints, CRM flows, and digital campaigns, to accompanying assets like motion content, micro-interactions, and UX copy. It also empowers local teams through digital playbooks, workshops, and shared best practices that drive stronger execution across markets.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Strategic Brand Positioning</strong></p>

<li>&nbsp;Conduct or leverage market research to understand brand perception, consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform brand strategies.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Work with Commercial, Product and Business Unit teams to ensure customer feedback and market trends inform brand initiatives.</li>

<p><strong>Branded Experiences</strong></p>

<li>&nbsp;Lead the development and continuous improvement of brand touchpoints (app, store, product, campaigns and merchandise) ensuring it reflects the brand identity while adapting to local market needs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Drive the evolution of store experiences and IP-led activations, ensuring they deliver both strong brand expression and measurable business impact in each market.</li>

<p><strong>Cross-Functional Business Unit Collaboration</strong></p>
