<li><strong>Lead and execute</strong> end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations across the region—from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and validation.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinate closely</strong> with regional stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to capture business requirements and ensure local execution aligns with global ERP configurations.</li>
<li><strong>Manage integrations</strong> between ERP and related systems (e.g., POS, CRM, inventory platforms), ensuring clean data flow and system reliability at the store and warehouse levels.</li>
<li><strong>Support regional rollout activities</strong>, including system testing, cutover planning, field validation, and post-rollout observation to ensure operational readiness.</li>
<li><strong>Document regional workflows</strong>, configurations, SOPs, and integration mappings, maintaining alignment with central governance standards.</li>
<li><strong>Liaise with vendors or internal IT</strong> on patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of ERP environments within your region.</li>
<li><strong>Participate in R&amp;D efforts</strong> by validating new features or modules in live stores, collecting structured feedback, and ensuring system stability.</li>
<li><strong>Ensure data integrity</strong> by overseeing local data migration efforts, conducting field audits, and enforcing data governance protocols.</li>
