<p><strong><br>1. Supplier Management and Auditing </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct approval and routine supplier audit to ensure compliances of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, work closely with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues, including any defects or inconsistencies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Establish and maintain positive and strong relationship with suppliers, fostering continuous improvement in product quality.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong><br>2. Quality Assurance and Compliance </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct Product Safety Review on supplier FSQ documentations, such as QAP, product specification and others i.e. certificate of analysis, testing reports, quality control protocols etc. that require approval, ensuring the validity of the FSQ documentations.  </li>
<li>Address FSQ related concerns to supplier to safeguard compliances.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor compliance with food safety standards, including FSSC22000, HACCP, FDA/EU FC Compliances and other relevant regulations.<br></li>

<p><strong>3. Product Innovation and Development Support </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Product Innovation and Retail Operations team to conduct product evaluation, safeguard product compliance and feasibility in accordance to retail operations flow.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure and conduct testing for drink ingredients, food, packaging etc to ensure safety, quality and consistency.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>4. Suppler Performance Scoreboard </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain detailed reports on supplier performance, including non-conformance reports, incident tracking, and corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Identify trends in product quality, complaints, or incidents, and work with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>5. Product Incident Management </strong></p>

<li>Manage and attend product incidents, feedback and recalls received internally and externally in coordination with the products used and sold in retail outlets.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Escalate product incident with the involved suppliers in a timely manner, request and review corrective action report and document product incident base accordingly.</li>

<p><strong>6. Packaging (Cups &amp; Lids) – if relevant</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement quality control measures and testing protocols for packaging materials, focusing on cups, lids, and other related items.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new packaging materials and improve existing packaging solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure proper traceability of packaging materials to support safety and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Work with procurement, production, and marketing teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand image and product requirements.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to teams on packaging-related issues and concerns.</li>
<li>Monitor product quality from suppliers and track performance metrics (e.g., defect rates, delivery accuracy).</li>
