Job Description

1. Carry out all purchasing duties for food materials, packaging materials and others.
2. To manage more than 2,000 SKU.
3. To negotiate terms, quality and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
4. Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
5. To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
6. Manage /maintain stock policies & materials.
7. Prepare materials analysis; integrating supply demand views, customer forecast, inventory positions, new products launches, and change of model.
8. To determine right level of raw materials requirement. Drive solutions and escalate for support where necessary.
9. Follow up on outstanding open orders not meeting targeted material supply plans.
10. Provide value added ideas and processes to complete task more efficiently.
11. Prepare and ensure accurately and timely delivery of weekly & monthly reports.
12.  Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years working experiences.
2. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking. suppliers.
3. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Economics or related discipline.
4. Independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
5. Willing to learn.
6. Strong prioritising skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
7. Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
8. Malaysian only.
