Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement procurement strategies for raw materials and packaging used in beverage production, aligning with company plans and market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong partnerships. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing for raw materials to optimize procurement costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Work closely with supply chain and planning teams to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing stockouts and excess.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing teams to support new product development and optimize existing formulations.
Job Requirements
JOB COMPETENCIES / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of procurement experience within the FMCG sector, with a focus on beverages and raw materials.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts
- Possess advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Has knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards related to food and beverage products.
