The Role:

As an Accounts Executive at Catalyst Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and ensuring the success of our SEO and digital marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include direct interaction with clients, collaborating with skilled teams, and contributing to our ongoing growth and excellence in the digital space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain a positive, consultative relationship with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with execution teams to ensure that all client deliverables are met promptly and to a high standard.
• Reporting and Consultation: Compile and present monthly and quarterly reports to clients, detailing campaign performance, insights gained, and recommendations for enhancing their digital marketing ecosystem.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new developments in digital marketing by committing to weekly learning and utilizing external resources to remain competitive in the field.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant, hands-on account management experience, preferably in a media or digital marketing agency.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO and other digital marketing channels, with a proven track record of managing a diverse client portfolio and executing complex projects.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and effectively, focusing on educating clients and building strong relationships.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
• Attitude: A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
