The Recipetwist Group was established in 2006 at a tiny 100sqft food court kiosk. Fast forward, we now own two stand-alone restaurants in campus (The Lunch Box) serving over 1000 people per day.
Over the years, we have spent countless hours in perfecting recipes and finding the best way to run a restaurant. After 13 years, we finally broke through and we decided to follow the Nasi Lemak dream - creating a unique Nasi Lemak experience. Our mission is to elevate the image of Nasi Lemak and put it on the world map with Thai, Indian and Chinese food.
To make this happen, we have decide to put more focus on the creation of a perfect plate of satisfying Nasi Lemak, hence, a small menu that can bring out the best in every dish we serve. As the saying goes, "do one thing and make it the best". With less to worry about, we can also bring out the best in our team. Our goal is for everyone involved with NALE to be happy and fulfilled.

Food aside, we also aim to provide the most complete Nasi Lemak experience to our customer through outstanding hospitality. Something not commonly found in Malaysia. We have decided to adopt the Danny Meyer way of hospitality. His famous quotes are as below:
