Vision and Mission

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Client Development Executive to support the growth of our corporate training business. Your main responsibility is to engage potential clients, follow up on enquiries, and secure appointments for our senior consultants to present training solutions. This role focuses on relationship building and appointment setting — you are NOT required to conduct presentations or close sales. Suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with people, organizing follow-ups, and building professional relationships. You will work closely with the Founder and internal team to convert opportunities into confirmed meetings and projects.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Follow up on inbound enquiries and warm leads</li>
<li>Reach out to potential corporate clients to introduce our services</li>
<li>Build relationships with HR teams and decision-makers</li>
<li>Identify training needs and secure presentation appointments</li>
<li>Prepare proposals and quotations with team support</li>
<li>Assist clients with HRD Corp (HRDC) claim process and timelines</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams for scheduled projects</li>
<li>Conduct post-training follow-up to build repeat opportunities</li>
</ul>
