<li>Direct the creation and implementation of 3cat’s national retail strategy, in alignment with corporate objectives and market expansion goals.</li>
<li>Facilitate store network growth, encompassing new store launches, relocations, format innovations (such as flagship stores, showrooms, pop-up tests), and integrated channels (offline + online). Hold complete Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) responsibility across all retail functions, ensuring increases in revenue, profitability, and essential retail metrics.</li>
<li>Supervise annual business planning, sales projections, and budgeting to optimize financial results.</li>
</ul>
Operational Excellence &amp; Customer Experience
<ul>
<li>Establish and uphold operational standards, service quality metrics, and customer experience guidelines across all retail locations.</li>
<li>Deploy performance tracking systems and dashboards monitoring sales, conversion rates, inventory levels, customer satisfaction, and post-purchase service metrics.</li>
<li>Promote best practices throughout retail operations to ensure 3cat provides consistent, reliable experiences — from device assessments and warranties to trade-in services and repairs.</li>
