The Role
You will own the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy. Your mission is to grow our market share, manage our retail presence, and build a vibrant community of players.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase retail and e-commerce revenue.</li>
<li>Brand Marketing: Lead omnichannel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation.</li>
<li>Community &amp; Events: Plan and execute branded tournaments, clinics, and promotional roadshows to engage with local players.</li>
<li>Retail Oversight: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and in-store sales targets to ensure a premium customer experience.</li>
<li>Partnerships: Collaborate with sponsors, influencers, and sports clubs to expand our reach.</li>
</ol>
Who You Are
<ul>
<li>Experienced: 4–7 years in retail management or sports marketing.</li>
<li>Analytical: A data-driven thinker who can turn campaign metrics into revenue growth.</li>
<li>Passionate: A genuine love for pickleball or racquet sports is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Multitasker: Able to lead a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>
