MyPickleball Sdn Bhd is passionate about "Fueling the Pickleball Obsession." As a growing leader in premium pickleball equipment and community experiences, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive our brand to the top of the kitchen.
The Role
You will own the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy. Your mission is to grow our market share, manage our retail presence, and build a vibrant community of players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase retail and e-commerce revenue.
- Brand Marketing: Lead omnichannel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Community & Events: Plan and execute branded tournaments, clinics, and promotional roadshows to engage with local players.
- Retail Oversight: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and in-store sales targets to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with sponsors, influencers, and sports clubs to expand our reach.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 4–7 years in retail management or sports marketing.
- Analytical: A data-driven thinker who can turn campaign metrics into revenue growth.
- Passionate: A genuine love for pickleball or racquet sports is highly preferred.
- Multitasker: Able to lead a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
