<h4><ins>Manager - Sales &amp; Marketing</ins></h4>
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement retail marketing plans aligned with sales targets and brand objectives.</li>
<li>Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, festive campaigns, and roadshows.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints (stores, joint ventures)</li>
</ul>
In-Store &amp; Trade Marketing
<ul>
<li>Manage POSM (posters, wobblers, display units, demo units, signage).</li>
<li>Coordinate store setups, visual merchandising, and display compliance.</li>
<li>Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure execution quality.</li>
</ul>
Campaign &amp; Promotion Management
<ul>
<li>Work with sales team to design promotional mechanics (discounts, bundles, GWP, vouchers).</li>
<li>Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.</li>
<li>Coordinate with e-commerce/omnichannel teams to ensure campaign alignment where relevant.</li>
</ul>
Roadshows &amp; Events
<ul>
<li>Plan and support roadshows, mall activations, and exhibitions.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics, promoters, setup, teardown, and on-ground execution.</li>
<li>Work closely with business support and operations teams.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder &amp; Partner Management
<ul>
<li>Liaise with retail partners, mall management, vendors, and agencies.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution.</li>
<li>Manage external suppliers for printing, fabrication, and event support.</li>
</ul>
Budget &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Manage retail marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Track ROI, sales uplift, and campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Prepare reports and presentations for management review.</li>
</ul>
