<li>Acquisition of atrium, kiosk, and pop-up locations for device trade-in, buy-back promotions, refurbishment showcases, and seasonal sales initiatives.</li>
<li>Negotiate short-term leasing contracts within predefined commercial parameters to ensure a strong return on investment and flexibility.</li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Retail Operations, Retail Design, and Visual Merchandising to implement impactful activations that align with campaign goals.</li>
<li>Facilitate the swift rollout of temporary retail formats to explore new locations, enhance device sourcing, and elevate brand visibility.</li>
</ul>
Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Monitor retail leasing trends, competitor presence, rental benchmarks, and new mall projects, emphasizing electronics and value-oriented retail.</li>
<li>Analyze store and location performance concerning device acquisition volume, sales conversion, and operating cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Prepare leasing proposals, business documents, presentations, and executive summaries to assist in management decision-making.</li>
<li>Ensure that all leasing activities align with company policies, legal standards, and local regulatory requirements.</li>
