 Deliver high-quality consulting work for ambitious clients who value clarity, structure, and results.

At Accel Scaling, we work with founders and leadership teams across high-ticket industries from high-end aesthetic clinics and luxury property developers in Singapore, to B2B manufacturers, elite fitness brands, and a fast-growing portfolio of businesses.

As a Consulting Executive in the Consulting Team, you’ll be a key driver of client delivery. You’ll work closely with Accel Scaling’s CEO and senior consultants to translate business strategy into clear, structured, and commercially sound deliverables, including sales scripts, training frameworks, and branded playbooks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into execution, spotting gaps before they become problems, and ensuring that every client deliverable is thoughtful, complete, and ready for real-world use.

This is a primarily work-from-home role with in-person expectations, such as attending monthly physical office meetings, company gatherings, and client meetings when required.

  • You work well independently while staying accountable to timelines and quality standards

What You’ll Do

1) Own Client Delivery

  • Translate business strategies discussed during audit sessions into structured outputs such as sales scripts, training frameworks, business playbooks, and internal documentation
  • Ensure deliverables are clear, complete, commercially sound, and aligned with the client’s business objectives
  • Review all work with a critical eye before it is shared with clients, maintaining Accel Scaling’s quality standards
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are delivered on schedule

2) Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Deepen your people skills by acting as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients
  • Develop emotional intelligence and earn long-term loyalty by keeping communication warm, proactive, and professional
  • Sharpen your problem-solving and interpersonal finesse by addressing concerns quickly and thoughtfully
  • Address feedback or concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and confident client experience

3) Apply Business & Sales Thinking

  • Apply business logic and sales literacy to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements in scripts, training materials, and playbooks
  • Sense-check deliverables from the perspective of a founder, sales leader, or end user
  • Ensure outputs are practical, usable, and designed to drive real behaviour change

4) Manage Documentation & Systems

  • Gain direct input into how the business scales, by maintaining and improving consulting SOPs and workflows
  • Build habits of precision and excellence by conducting monthly drive audits and ensuring file accuracy
  • Follow and improve consulting SOPs to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability

5) Spot Issues & Fix Problems

  • Train your foresight and decision-making by identifying delivery issues before they escalate
  • Earn recognition for innovation and initiative by proposing workflow improvements and fixing inefficiencies
  • Boost your reputation for reliability and rigor by ensuring client folders and deliverables are always clean, clear, and audit-ready

Core Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in client delivery, consulting, operations, project coordination, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid business sense and the ability to understand sales processes and revenue-driving activities
    Experience working with structured deliverables such as scripts, SOPs, playbooks, or training materials
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with systems, checklists, and deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Figma, or similar documentation and collaboration platforms

Good-To-Have Skills

  • Background in consulting, coaching, agency work, or B2B services
  • Exposure to sales roles, sales training, or sales enablement materials
  • Experience supporting founders, leaders, or senior stakeholders
  • Interest in business growth, systems, and organisational development
