At Accel Scaling, we work with founders and leadership teams across high-ticket industries from high-end aesthetic clinics and luxury property developers in Singapore, to B2B manufacturers, elite fitness brands, and a fast-growing portfolio of businesses.
As a Consulting Executive in the Consulting Team, you’ll be a key driver of client delivery. You’ll work closely with Accel Scaling’s CEO and senior consultants to translate business strategy into clear, structured, and commercially sound deliverables, including sales scripts, training frameworks, and branded playbooks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into execution, spotting gaps before they become problems, and ensuring that every client deliverable is thoughtful, complete, and ready for real-world use.
This is a primarily work-from-home role with in-person expectations, such as attending monthly physical office meetings, company gatherings, and client meetings when required.

You’ll support founders and leadership teams across industries such as beauty, luxury real estate, B2B manufacturing, and fitness to help shape systems that directly impact revenue, team performance, and scalability.

You won’t be starting from scratch. Core direction and business strategy are established during audit sessions with the CEO and client. Your role is to bring that strategy to life with clarity, structure, and precision.

You’ll be trusted to own your deliverables, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards without micromanagement or unnecessary red tape.
4) Grow Your Commercial &amp; Consulting Skillset
You’ll sharpen your business judgment, sales literacy, and consulting delivery skills by working closely with experienced leaders and seeing how real businesses operate behind the scenes.
