Job Description

• US Based Manufacturing Plant.
• Design, implement, and review procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. 
• Research automation techniques and test new systems for efficiency.  
• Plan factory layouts to optimize production. 
• Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements.  
• Analyze production processes, schedules, and methods, providing reports with data and statistics to assist management in decision-making.  
• Ensure compliance with government laws and regulations in manufacturing processes.  
• Review and calculate labor, material, and production costs while assessing future production requirements. 
• Plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.  
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring adherence to manufacturer procedures to keep production equipment operational.
  

Job Requirements

•  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. 
• 3–5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a CNC manufacturing environment (preferred).
