As the Event Specialist, your role is to manage and execute the company and client’s events and exhibition from design stage, vendor management to final event. Your role is pivotal to the success of securing and executing the project.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Manage all aspects of event production, including vendor sourcing and management, coordination, venue management, and logistics.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Take lead of the event team, providing directions and support to ensure smooth execution of all event related tasks.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong communications throughout the event.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Oversee on-site event management, ensuring execution adhering to good HSSE practices, troubleshooting issues in real-time and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead post-event debriefs, compiling feedback and analyzing event performance to identify areas of improvement.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prepare detailed event reports, including financial summaries, and recommendations for future improvements with Business Team support.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Negotiate costs with vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage event budgets, ensure expenditures are within the allocated budget and cost-saving opportunities are identified.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and materials to create innovative designs.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Adhere to project timelines and manage required projects simultaneously</li>
</ul>
