Responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Prepare and fair daily Invoice and check completeness of billable disbursements.</li>
<li>Journal entry posting of accruals and prepayment and disbursements into system.</li>
<li>Perform bank reconciliation for bank accounts.</li>
<li>Responsible for cash management, monitor cash inflow and outflow of Office account and prepare periodic cashflow projection.</li>
<li>Manage bank facility and drawdown of term loan of Office Account.</li>
<li>Upload payment voucher for approval by managing partners.</li>
<li>Review, check and balance all accounting entries (Billing &amp; DV) posted by accounts staff.</li>
<li>Prepare month end closing of financial accounts and statement of income (P&amp;L) &amp; BS.</li>
<li>Distribute monthly matter files, agreed fees, expenditure incurred and performance updates to equity partners.</li>
<li>Coordinate with banker, auditor, tax agent and other regulatory authorities.</li>
<li>Responsible for accounting processes and ensure procedures and transactions are in accordance with the firm’s policy and standards.</li>
<li>To Assist and provide backup on Client Account matters as and when required.</li>
