<li>Key Accountabilities</li>
<li>Responsible for management of all aspects of financial/corporate accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, financial/management reporting, budgetary controls, tax planning/management. forecasting &amp; etc.</li>
<li>To monitor and coordinate performance to ensure the strategic, operational and financial performance of the subsidiaries and associates are within the pre-determined targets and business plan.</li>
<li>To establish operational budgets and manage/oversea cash flow projections of the Company to achieve efficiency in cash management system.</li>
<li>Ensure internal controls are in pace and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial. statutory, audits and tax reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with bankers, external and internal auditors, boards of directors, government regulatory bodies, company's secretary and tax agents.</li>
<li>To prepare consolidated financial statements of the group on a quarterly basis to ensure Bursa Announcements released on time for quarterly report/annual report and those required under the Bursa ACE Market Listing Requirements.</li>
<li>To assist on corporate exercise undertaken by the company.</li>
<li>Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.</li>
<li>Provide executive management with advice in the financial implications of business activities.</li>
<li>To undertaken all other tasks as assigned by Management.</li>
</ul>
