<li>Responsible for daily accuracy operations and to ensure compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement/guidelines</li>
<li>Preparation for weekly/ monthly commission and expenses payment</li>
<li>Responsible for weekly/ monthly closing report</li>
<li>Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement</li>
<li>To liaise with other parties, auditor, banker, agent, co-agency &amp; developer</li>
<li>To ensure softcopy and hardcopy documents saved and files in order</li>
<li>Bank in cash or cheque</li>
<li>Handling of online banking system (CIMB BIZ) – online transfer, bulk payment or any other payment</li>
<li>Responsible for submit monthly withholding tax</li>
<li>Carrying out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as and when required</li>
