The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by managing order processing, documentation, and sales reporting.
This role ensures sales operations run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining strong communication between sales, operations, and customers.
【Key Responsibilities】
1, Sales Documentation & Processing
- Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.
- Ensure accuracy of sales data entry and records.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments with Finance/Admin.
2, Customer & Sales Team Support
- Serve as first point of contact for customer enquiries (order status, stock availability, delivery updates).
- Support sales representatives with quotations, samples, and promotional materials.
- Assist in preparing sales agreements and contracts.
3, Reporting & Coordination
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on stock availability and delivery schedules.
4, Internal Coordination
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure sales activities align with backend processes.
- Liaise with inventory and logistics teams to monitor stock movement.
・At least a Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
・Having Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG industry.
