• Shipment arrangement with sales dept. including import/export by sea, air & land.
• Coordinate transportation operations with forwarders including inquiries, booking, and others.
• Prepare all shipping reports including monthly statement LMW (Licenced Manufacturing Warehouse), customs form, raw material statement, sales, sub-con and others.
• Perform the PRS & CS through the AEO system.
• Dealing with all import/export documentation/permit/form and ensuring it is fully accurate.
• Handle license renewal, exemption applications, and government agencies approval.
• Liaison with government agency officers for customs and shipping-related issues.
• Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK) certificate is an advantage
• Ad-hoc : Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the LMW company( Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse)- especially in furniture/manufacturing industry
• Experience in Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse management is compulsory
<Advantageous>
• Experience using Glovia system (ERP) or any similar ERP system
• Possessing a valid Customs Agent Course (Kursus Ejen Kastam - KEK) certificate is an added advantage
• Experienced in Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and min. supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate, self-motivated & with a high degree of responsibility.
